How to get a Florida license, step by step
Complete the FREC-approved 63-hour pre-licensing course (valid 2 years)
Submit the DBPR application, fee and electronic fingerprints
Pass the Florida Sales Associate exam with 75 or higher at Pearson VUE
Activate the license under a broker (it issues inactive otherwise)
Complete 45 hours of post-licensing before your first renewal

- State portion: 100 - All 100 questions cover Ch. 475 F.S., 61J2 F.A.C. and general real estate principles across 19 content areas
