The four question types you will see

  • Definition: “Which term describes…” Fast points if you know vocabulary cold - see the glossary.
  • Scenario: a short fact pattern, then “what should the licensee do?” Pick the answer that protects the client and follows the law, not the one that closes the deal.
  • Calculation: commission, proration, LTV, cap rate, area. Practice on the math drills.
  • Best-answer: several choices are true; one is most complete. Pearson VUE tags every item by cognitive level (knowledge, application, analysis), so expect more than recall.

About “real exam questions” sites. Vendors keep their item banks confidential and candidates agree not to share them. Anything sold as actual exam questions is either false or a violation. Everything here is written from scratch against the public outlines.
