Exam practice only. RealEstateExamKit does not provide, and does not replace, the pre-licensing education your state requires. Finish your commission-approved course first; we help you pass the exam that follows.
The prep sequence that works
- Baseline
Take a timed readiness check before studying more. Guessing where you are weak wastes days.
- Learn your outline
Look up your state’s vendor and outline weights on your state page. Spend time in proportion to points.
- State portion first
It is short, specific and memorizable - and failing it fails you even with a strong national score.
- Drill math daily
15 minutes a day on real estate math beats a weekend cram.
- Timed full-length runs
Two or three full simulations in your vendor’s format. Review every miss by topic.
- Book when you are at 80%+
Practice scores run high once you know the question style. Leave margin.

Frequently asked questions
How long should I study for the real estate exam after my course?
Most people need two to six weeks of focused practice. Use a baseline test to decide; if you are under 65% on a timed run, plan for the longer end.
Is an exam prep course required?
No. States require approved pre-licensing education; exam prep like ours is optional practice on top of it.
